This session combines the most important aspects in contract preparation and administration in one cohesive syllabus, which incorporates the best practices in the profession. The main focus is how the contract manager can adopt legal concepts behind the terms and conditions of many types of contracts and be able to apply these into processes for preparation and management that will best serve the business and support a successful supply process.
 
Total Cost of Ownership
This session will provide hands-on work and review of effective price and cost analysis, including skills to determine Total Cost of Ownership, Life Cycle Costs, and Total Landed Costs. The skills used would provide a better basis on effective negotiating and cost reduction results.

IFPSM Winter School 2010

Under the leadership of IFPSM, China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP) and Beijing Wuzi University (BWU) will work together to hold the Winter School 2010 of IFPSM.
This is aimed at graduates who want to develop academic depth in the field of supply management at post-graduate level.
